The biggest crime is committed by Human Resouce teams who ignore, then stuff up investigation or don't follow their own policies and procedures they demand you to follow. This makes the bullying effect more traumatic. Harassment and bullying is VIOLENCE and victims suffer PTSD, any Pyschologist or Doctor who denies this is covering up for the corporations, is out of touch and negligent. This is so true.
