Especially, in the State of California. There have be many horrific cases that have been published on a number of websites, newspapers,and personal experiences and your agency continues to ignore them,but you continue to license these people. Relizing they all have their yaght payments to make - they play and feed off the poor parents and very innocent children only to prevent one parent from getting custody or allowing them to move. And I am talking about very good parents here. Sure their are some bad seeds in the pack,but overall most parents are good parents and do what they think is right. But, you don't allow a very selfish mother to move with a child thousands of miles away just because she fell out of love with the father and wants to be with her boyfriend. This is what your so called LASW do. They do not have a clue what is in the best interest of the child!!! I have sent numerous complaints on one case in particlar on a certain LASW (evaluator for custody divorce). And they said, it was beyond their control. This was also done to your Assoc. I had an evaluator perjure himself to me after he had turned in his report to the Judge. Got the same lame excuse. Why do you people have these associations if you are only hurting the public. Especially, innocent children. A great deal of them obviously do not obey their code of ethics. Shame on you.
